Our extended service plans are handled by our sales team throughout the cover period. In the event of a problem, we will handle all correspondence on your behalf.

⚠️ Important: To report a fault, it is imperative that you contact our customer service team directly. Please do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself or use third-party repair services, as this may void your warranty.

What's Not Covered?

  • Accidental damage or misuse of the appliance
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or discolouration)
  • Consumable items (filters, bulbs, batteries, etc.)
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or power surges
  • Commercial or non-domestic use of the appliance
  • Loss or damage caused by fire, flood, or other external events

How to Make a Claim
